The Play Leaders are a team of pupil leaders who help to make lunchtimes and playtimes enjoyable, inclusive and active for all children. As positive role models, they organise games, encourage participation and support younger pupils in developing friendships, confidence and teamwork skills.
Linked to our Mission Leadership, Play Leaders actively promote our school values and the principles of Catholic Social Teaching through their actions. They demonstrate dignity and respect for every person, promote the common good by ensuring everyone feels included, and show solidarity by helping others and creating a welcoming environment for all. Through their leadership, they encourage kindness, fairness and responsibility, helping to build a happy, caring and faith-filled school community where everyone can flourish.
Their role gives them the opportunity to lead by example, serve others and put our mission into action each day through play, friendship and service.
This year, our play leaders are: Jacob, Willow, Izabella, Harvey, Dottie, Monty, Ason, Theo, Savannah, Jack, Payton, Francis and Frank.
